Why You Should Never Lose Hope?

Have you ever thought about how does hope effect our life’s? Are you a hopeful person? 



Hope is not just a feeling of wishing something to happen, but it is also a feeling which increase our joy of living, which makes our life more meaningful. The belief of, something better and something that we want to happen is on the way, makes us live in a better mood and gives us the ability to have courage to get over hard times. I also believe that having hope increase the possibility of success. 

Hope is not something we only need when we are facing some difficulties, even when everything is going well if you are feeling hopeful about the upcoming things, that will affect your life in such a positive way. 

The explanation for hope in Wikipedia; “Hope is an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes…As a verb, its definitions include: "expect with confidence" and "to cherish a desire with anticipation.” 

Expect with confidence, doesn’t sound like something so powerful? Yes, actually hope is so powerful. According to the researches high-hope people have lower levels of depression and anxiety, and higher levels of happiness and wellbeing. So, be aware of yourself, how do you start your day? How do you feel about the things you want to happen? How do you feel when you struggle?

We all have some tough times; we might have trouble to get over and we might feel like we are about to lose our hope. What we should think at these times;
Life has ups and downs. 
And absolutely this is not something valid just for you but for all of us.
It is not permanent. It will pass.
Everything will get better.
And you should:
Learn from what you have experienced, take your lessons and go on. 

These thoughts will help you feel more hopeful. Also, at these times, it can be really helpful to talk with a close friend who can support you and affect you in a good way or you can watch inspirational movies or read inspiration books. Meditation is another tremendous tool to feel more hopeful in life.

Develop an awareness about your beliefs, improve your relationship with hope and don't forget you should never lose hope in life.
